This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter — the “Policy”) defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data carried out by LLC “RINAR-Automation” (hereinafter — the “Company”) in order to ensure the protection of the rights and freedoms of individuals during the processing of their personal data.
This Policy has been developed in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.
The Company processes personal data for the following purposes:
Conclusion, execution, and termination of employment, civil, and other contracts;
Personnel recordkeeping and compliance with labor legislation;
Provision of services and fulfillment of obligations to clients and partners;
Operation of the website and communication with users;
Dissemination of information about the Company’s activities and services (subject to the data subject’s consent);
Compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Processing of personal data by LLC “RINAR-Automation” is based on the following principles:
Legality and fairness of processing;
Limitation of processing to specific, pre-defined, and lawful purposes;
Prohibition of combining databases containing personal data for incompatible purposes;
Accuracy, sufficiency, and relevance of processed data;
Retention of personal data no longer than necessary to achieve the stated purposes.
Personal data subjects have the right to:
Obtain information about the fact, legal grounds, and purposes of the processing of their personal data;
Request the correction, blocking, or destruction of their personal data;
Withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data;
Appeal unlawful actions or inaction of the Company to the authorized data protection authority or in court.
LLC “RINAR-Automation” takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, destruction, and other unlawful actions, including:
Appointing responsible persons for organizing personal data processing and protection;
Using antivirus and security software;
Implementing a restricted access policy;
Providing regular employee training on data protection legislation and internal procedures.
This Policy is subject to regular review and updating in the event of changes in legislation or the Company’s internal procedures.
