The management of LLC “RINAR-Automation” undertakes to provide the necessary resources, personnel training, and control over the fulfillment of the requirements of the Quality Management System.
1.1. This Quality Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) has been developed in accordance with international standards, the legislation of the Russian Federation, and the strategic objectives of LLC “RINAR-Automation”.
1.2. The Policy is aimed at the continuous improvement of processes, products, and services, as well as at ensuring the satisfaction of customers and partners.
2.1. The main purpose of this Policy is to establish and maintain an effective quality management system that contributes to achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and process stability.
2.2. The objectives of the Policy are to:
Continuously improve processes and technologies to enhance the quality of products and services;
Ensure compliance of products and services with customer requirements, regulatory documents, and internal standards;
Reduce the number of defects and increase productivity;
Eliminate the causes of nonconformities and prevent their recurrence;
Engage employees at all levels in quality management through training and participation in the development of quality standards.
3.1. The Company is guided by the following principles in its operations:
Customer focus — taking into account customer needs and expectations, and continuously improving service and product quality;
Process approach — effective management and optimization of business processes to ensure high quality at all levels;
Leadership — company management must create the conditions necessary for achieving quality goals, ensuring support and engagement of personnel;

Sustainable development — focus on long-term results and compliance with environmental and social standards.
4.1. At LLC “RINAR-Automation”, the quality management system covers all key business processes, including design, production, supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
4.2. Company management is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
4.3. All employees must operate in accordance with established quality standards, actively participate in improvement processes, and identify areas for optimization.
5.1. To achieve quality objectives, it is essential to ensure continuous professional development and employee engagement in process improvement.
5.2. The Company undertakes to organize training and workshops for all employees on product quality, standards, and quality management methods.
6.1. To effectively improve product and process quality, the Company will conduct regular internal inspections, audits, and analyses of customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
6.2. All identified issues shall be promptly resolved, and the effectiveness of corrective measures shall be monitored and evaluated.
6.3. The Company actively cooperates with suppliers and contractors to ensure that they meet the required quality standards for products and services.
7.1. Compliance with the requirements of this Policy is the responsibility of all employees — from top management to operational staff.
7.2. Noncompliance or violations of this Policy shall be considered grounds for disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
8.1. This Policy is subject to regular review to ensure its relevance amid changes in the internal and external environment.
8.2. The Policy shall be reviewed at least once a year with the participation of key specialists or in response to changes in legislation or regulatory requirements.
9.1. This Policy is approved by the General Director of LLC “RINAR-Automation” and published on the official company website.
9.2. All employees of the Company must familiarize themselves with this Policy and follow its provisions in their daily work.
