The primary purpose of the RVS (RINAR Visualization System) is to provide a human–system interface and graphical visualization of processes, including interactive capabilities. RVS also delivers up-to-date information about each cargo unit, enabling users to determine its current location, route, contents, and other characteristics required by operational personnel.
A patented development of RINAR-Automation LLC.

Monitoring system status and indicating faults through alarm signaling.
Recording data and statistics, managing operational information.
Real-time tracking of cargo status.
Maintaining event history and system logs.
Providing operator tools for manual intervention.
Supporting multiple web interfaces: Transport WCS, Sorter WCS, Shuttles WCS.
Transmission of cargo movement reports to the WMS system.
Real-time visualization of each cargo unit’s location.
Tracking and archiving the full route of each cargo unit, with search access to historical records.
Display of essential cargo data for operational staff: barcode, weight and dimensions, contents, current status, and more.
Centralized management of the web interface.
Operational personnel log in using designated user accounts with assigned roles and permissions (operator, administrator). After authentication, the user is directed to the system’s main page.
Navigation between system sections is carried out via a dedicated navigation panel. Each section provides the specific tools and data required for daily operations.
To streamline information retrieval, the system includes search modules with configurable input fields, enabling filtering by one or multiple criteria.
Within the main workspace, users interact with real-time data tables, allowing rapid route tracing if a cargo unit is lost on the line. The system records both task requests and execution reports, ensuring complete traceability. This enables precise identification of the location, time, and potential cause of any operational deviation.
Users can also access detailed information for each cargo unit, including identification data, location at the time of an event, scanned barcode details, and real-time position within the system.
