Staff training at the customer’s site

Training Program:

According to the agreed training program, we conduct a training procedure involving various specialists, which usually lasts 2-3 days. Based on the results, we issue a certificate that allows the customer’s personnel to perform the necessary maintenance independently.

Example of the training program:

1. Theoretical Part:

   • Brief description of the baggage handling system (BHS);

   • System startup procedure;

   • System operation procedure;

   • Visualization of the departure process;

   • Visualization of the arrival process;

   • Emergency system recovery;

   • System shutdown procedure (normal and emergency);

   • System maintenance procedure;

   • Actions in case of system malfunctions;

   • Possible messages of the departure and arrival systems.

2. Practical Part:

   • Familiarization with the equipment layout according to the diagrams and visualization on the control panel;

   • Reading and analyzing electrical diagrams;

   • Studying the operation and assembly of emergency circuits;

   • Inspection and study of the layout of central and local electrical cabinets;

   • Inspection and study of field equipment (inductive and optical sensors, encoders, emergency buttons, switches, traffic lights, etc.);

   • Practical system startup and shutdown, light and sound signaling;

   • Energy-saving mode;

   • Practical loading of transported units into the system;

   • Practical familiarization with the visualization system (reinforcing theory);

   • Troubleshooting, identifying and eliminating the causes of system stoppage;

   • Familiarization with different types of emergency messages in practice and their reset (photo sensor blockage, automatic circuit breaker shutdown, field switch disconnection);

   • Service maintenance and emergency system recovery;

   • Viewing the status of the visualization server.
